Uncertainty

Uncertainty can be very destabilising. When you are feeling uncertain, get to the gym or do some exercise at least. Change your state. Change your environment too. Do this especially if you can get somewhere that makes you feel more positive or confident.

Start recognising what you can be certain about. There may be more things than you think. It could be that you have great health or your parents love you very much.

Whatever you can lock onto to anchor your thoughts will be great. You’ll start to relax.
