Pull Up!!

If you hit a low point and your mind starts to stall in the negative, you are best to resist those thoughts and flood your mind with positive words.

It can be a challenge to do it, but if you don’t pull up, you can spiral into a negative oblivion.

Repeat favourite words and people. Remind yourself, repeatedly, that you are a good and worthy person.
