How does your story end?
If you could play a video of the summary of your last five years on Earth, would you watch it? What if it only showed how you died? Would you like to know?
How would that change your perspective? Might your life be different after seeing it?
Might you be able to guess how it might go given your current demeanour, fitness, activity and consumption? Could you give it a pretty good guess? Might you consider, or decide, to change a few things pronto?!
It might be a great idea.
