Let Them Cook

To add a little extra to Mel Robbins’ latest book, we should let them cook. Let your kids show you what they can do. Let your employees do their thing.

Let people play out their game before you jump in all judgey with complaints and comments.

You don’t run into the kitchen at your favourite restaurant and criticise the half made soup or partly cooked main. Let people do the full cook before you jump on your judgey wagon and explain how they did it all wrong in your (often less experienced) eyes.
