Positive planning is a great way to create momentum in the direction you want to go. Planning out how you’re getting from here to where you want to be is so much more powerful than saying what you don’t want.
If you focus on what you don’t want, you’re likely to get some or all of it just by referencing it and bringing it toward you. I wouldn’t do that.
Focus on what you absolutely want. Make positive plans to get it. Write out those plans. Work towards that plan every day.
