We rarely feel good going through them but we feel stronger after. That sense of reassurance, resilience and confidence to overcome tough obstacles feels great once you make it through. Focus on that light at the end of the tunnel. Faith and hope will get you through.
We all have issues. Get to know yours. Take the time and be patient. Learn about yourself. It might be quite uncomfortable and you may not like what you learn. But you will be a better person for it.
This is very important to remind yourself of daily. It will also help you live up to a higher standard. By using the powerful “I am” statements, such as “I am worth it and I am deserving of wealth and abundance”, your confidence and coincidences will grow. Try it daily for 30 consecutive days.
Friends can be like a comfy pair of jeans you never want to throw away, or like socks that get worn out, or even like a fine wine improving with age.
Find your friends and enjoy them in that moment.
There is a lot of fun to be had but there are times that aren’t as wonderful. You have to be resilient and get through those. And really enjoy the fun and games as often as you can!
New experiences, perspectives and timing can shift people’s philosophy and world outlook. Life is dynamic and therefore you can hold one thought on Tuesday and a polar opposite view as well, later in the week. It’s natural and should be allowed graciously.
Have a real good look at them. Are you spending well? Do you get great joy from what you purchase? Is there anything you are buying that is unnecessary?
It doesn’t have to be your 26th wedding anniversary, it could simply be because you’re breathing. Or celebrate that you have a job where they pay you money. Celebrate because you have your eyesight, nice hair, a car you enjoy driving or a clean kitchen.
There are a lot of reasons why you would celebrate today. You had better get started!
