Keep friends in your life. Stay in touch. Sometimes this can be a few times a year and for others it may be more frequently. Either way, a quick text here and a brief call there all add up to a stronger relationship as the years go by.

Decide To Be In Awe
Decide to be in awe of the world around us. As I look around the room, I am grateful for all of the people who conceived of all the products I can see.
In addition, I am grateful for all of the people, I will never know or meet, who financed these products through R&D and manufacture. And finally, I’m grateful to all of the people who worked in the companies, the supply chains, and the delivery units, that enabled these products to surround me in this room.
Sure, I went out and bought these items, so the effort doesn’t seem that incredible. However, the whole idea of each one of these products began years before I decided it was a product I needed and was willing to spend my hard earned money on.
Just think about all the sourcing of the raw materials that went into a plug, a lamp, a painting, a wood carving, a table, a ceiling fan, bedsheets, and a pen.
When you stop and think about all of this, it is really hard not to be in awe of the world we live in.
Accept Great Things In Your Life
Believe that great things are in your life. Appreciate those great things. Be willing to accept lots of great things in your life, today, tomorrow and forever.
By pressing for excellence in your thoughts, you may reach excellence in your day to day.
Believe and you’ll likely achieve.
Strive!
Yes, strive!
Be Thankful For Great Friends
It’s as simple as that. If you’ve got some great friends, be sure to appreciate them. They can be few and far between.
If you don’t have great friends, make it your mission to find a few over the next couple of years. They’ll be great to grow older with.
Use Your Life For Good
Whatever this means to you, but it has to be seen universally as good.
Do Things While You Can
You have more energy and time when you’re in your teens and 20’s. Travel, explore, be serious about a sport. Do things that you won’t be able to easily do by the age of 60 or 70.
You have more brain power throughout your life and might notice a decline by 65 or 75. Use it while you can.
Let People Know
Let people know, while they’re alive, all the good things you notice about them. Say it daily. Write them notes. Send them a full page letter.
People rarely hear enough good things about them after the age of 18. Let’s change that.
Kindness Rocks
It doesn’t take much to be kind: a smile, a warm hand, patience and peace in your heart.
It costs nothing and can change the world.
Keep kindness in your top thought spot every day.
Lighten Up
There are times you need a little levity. No need to be rude or crass, but be gently uplifting or apply gentle humour.
