I can sometimes just keep going. There is always just one more thing to do. However, there comes a time you need to say enough is enough and go to sleep.

Enjoy Your Summers!
Summer can be such a lovely time of year, depending on what your local weather pattern is like. I really enjoy summer. The heat is nice. So is going out in my shorts and a short-sleeved shirt.
When you think about it, you get about 75 summers, if you’re lucky. You may get 20 more, or 20 less. In addition, the first five to 10 years should have been great, but hard to remember.
Since I’ve had quite a few summers, I’ve got fewer left ahead of me. For this reason alone, I say, enjoy your summers!!!
All Natural
All natural is the ideal it seems. Vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, meat, and milk are pretty natural foods.
Sure, sour lollies are fun to eat, but they really are manufactured. Planes are also manufactured, because humans can’t fly naturally, like birds.
So many people want to encourage everyone else to eat, live, and be more natural. Unfortunately, many of these same folks want to eat, live and be manufactured, man-made or unnatural.
Why is that?
Recharge Your Batteries
How do you recharge? Time with people? Time on your own? Activity or rest?
Figure out what does it for you and then book something like that for an hour a week and a day every 4-6 weeks.
It’s important for your mental state and physical health too.

Fall Into Bed Exhausted
Did you have a worthwhile day? If you fall into bed exhausted, then you probably did.
Spring Clean
One day every year of your life should be dedicated to a good clear out and spring clean.
Enjoy Time With Loved Ones
Those precious moments go quickly. Ask the questions you want. Enjoy the time together.
Have A Day For You
We do a lot for work, our families, spouse, kids and parents and also friends and community.
However, do you do enough for you?
Get into the habit of taking 1 full day for you every 6 months. It’s essential.
When You’re Tired, Rest
Try not to fight it too much. Go with what your body tells you, and your mind.
You’ll feel very refreshed at the end of it.
