When you know you’ve worked hard all day and you’ve done all that day that you could do, sleep well. Enjoy your sleep as it is well deserved.

Alone In A Room Full Of People
Sometimes you’ll be absorbed in your thoughts. Other times you just won’t feel connected to those around you. Of course you may simply be exhausted and uninterested in engaging.
Regardless, if the feeling isn’t there and the timing isn’t right, you can simply retire to your room, home, office, whatever.
Don’t force it. You don’t need to be on every second of every day.
Live A Little
Enjoy the time you have on this great Earth.
There is a lot of fun to be had!
Pay Attention
Pay attention or pay the price. If you’re not tracking the key things in your life, they can easily, and quickly, go off track.
If you’re not paying attention to your fitness, you’ll spend more money on a new wardrobe, PT’s and diet/fitness books than you would have on a gym membership.
Keep your relationship in focus or the cost of divorce will be far more than a few date nights and a weekend escape or two.
Pay attention to your finances too. Make sure your income is correct and your outgoings too. A slip or two in a month could spell disaster in a few years or a fabulous retirement if caught early.
It pays to pay attention.
Find Peace
Discover what brings you peace of mind and keep it in your thoughts daily. It will bring you calm.
Rest
There are times when that is really what you need most.
Push Yourself
When you exercise, push yourself. Go at it harder than you want to. Go to the edge of pain. Get out of your comfort zone. Sweat.
Same with work and studying. Also with admin and in business. Push yourself harder than you currently do. You can do more. You’re just being a little reticent, reserved or lazy.
Let’s go!
Comedy Clubs
A fantastic invention. We have one on our doorstep and don’t go as often as we could.
If you’ve not been to one, or not been to one in a while, book yourself some tickets for sometime in the next 8 weeks.
Get some friends to come along (great idea!). Or you can even go on your own. You’ll laugh with the crowd and you won’t have to buy a round of drinks, which helps if you’re on a tighter budget.
Book them today so you have something fun to look forward to. Then go and have a wonderful time!
Laugh
Find opportunities to laugh. It’s very good for you.
Get to a comedy club, watch something on tv, spend time with someone with a great sense of humour or think about things that make you chuckle.
Laughter is great medicine. Enjoy!
Deep Breaths
They are so calming. Use them before sleep. Take them several times in the day. They are a refresher.
