It is essential that you complete tasks. It feels good. You confirm you deliver. And, you won’t have half finished projects lying around unfinished.
Sometimes you have to work late into the morning. This is the price of peace of mind and success.
If you should be doing something, then do it. If others remind you, thank them, and do it. Stop making their life miserable for helping and yours less wonderful for not doing what you need to do.
These both look the same. The results can lull you into a false sense of comfort and expectation.
Being a millionaire may have come from hard work as an employee or a business builder. But you could have also simply won the lottery. In both cases you can enjoy or show off your wealth. No one needs to know how you got it.
However, you’ll know how you got it. And one route is vastly more likely to have eventual success than the other.
So start off with hard work and if you get a lucky break along the way, enjoy it.

Bother to do things. It builds discipline, self-esteem, confidence and even pride. Your life will be richer for it.

Or perhaps neither and just have a pool. Fresh water chlorinated or salt water? What do you really want in your life?
