Not when they’re perfect. Just decent. Otherwise you may miss the opportunity altogether. Better to have a decent go than a perfect miss.

Drink More Water
Water is like a miracle drug. It hydrates you so you have the right blood pressure as well as removes toxins. It can lower your blood glucose. It also helps to reduce constipation and keep your skin and internal organs healthy.
It’s also a great tool to help you lose weight or maintain your ideal weight.
However, if you neglect it, after 4 days without water, most people expire.
So treat it with the respect it deserves. Drink up!!
Don’t Drink Your Calories
Good advice that I once heard. Drink water. Not pop or sugary drinks. Even alcohol will add to your calorie intake.
So be mindful of the wet you put in your mouth. Because the more of that, the less of the great food you can eat and still stay your slim and fit self.
Why Bother?
Many times you may see a chore, especially a repetitive one, and think, why bother. It can be easy to dismiss things. Yet, these can be important for structure in your day, health and cleanliness, benefit to others or even to give you purpose.
It can be easy to dismiss things like admin, cleaning or tidying. But they mount up and compound. Then you can get into even bigger trouble.
Learn to be tidier. It’s a skill you can gradually develop and is useful throughout your life.
Bother to do things. It builds discipline, self-esteem, confidence and even pride. Your life will be richer for it.
Life-Changing Tip
Adjust your mindset, even a wee bit.
Use Only What You Need
Why use more? Essentialism meets minimalism.
Kinder
Be a little kinder today. Make the effort. Several times.
Keep Things Light
There is enough tragedy, drama, hurt and pain in the world. So keep things as light as you can, while being aware of the challenges others are facing.
Learn To Use Your Phone Better
Your phone is an incredible piece of technology. Wow! Yet, I would guess that most of us haven’t learned as much as we could, or should, about all the amazing things it can do.
Take 3 minutes today and read through the tech specs of your phone. Next week (or tomorrow if you’re keen), set up, or use, a function you thought was interesting. Do this every day or once a week.
By the end of 2023, you will be more productive and amazed at all the things these little devices can truly do.
For example, how much do you use your assistant, like Siri, on the iPhone? Get Siri to call people, look up stuff – without having to type it out, or dictate a note, message or email as you walk or drive. Fabulous!
Laugh Hard
When you get a chance, laugh as hard, as long and as much as you can. Not only is laughter the best medicine, it’s a lot of fun.
