No need to wait to do it all at once. Just get sorting things and adjust accordingly.

Unfinished Projects
Remove all unfinished projects from your life. They wear you down. If you really wanted to do them, you would have.
These were maybe good ideas at one time or a should, out of social belief or guilt, but now you can choose to end the insanity.
Free up space and time in your life. Remove these distractions. Only work on things you are absolutely committed to completing, out of love, duty, passion or necessity. All the rest must be left for someone else in the world to do.
Don’t dilute your energy for meh.
Think, Plan, Execute
Go for a walk or jog and run through the plan you want in your head. Think through the timing and the priorities, including the timeline. Plan out each step in your mind. By doing this preview, you will uncover obstacles you hadn’t thought of and allow enough time for each step.
Then you can execute with pace and precision. See the goal and the path first, then follow it.
Get Some Rest
We often need more than we think. Play the long game of life. Rest often and for long enough. You can burn the candle at both ends but it rarely ends well in the long run.
Double Check Before You Press Send
That’s right, make sure you are sending emails and texts, etc to the correct recipient. It can be a little awkward if you don’t, and the message is not appropriate for the actual recipient.
Another reason why I love the saying, “A stitch in time saves nine.”
Bring Order To Your Life
Even if it takes 5 years to get there, start getting all your things in order. Toss out all of your unnecessary items. If you don’t absolutely love it, or it doesn’t bring you great joy, send it on its way.
It’s unlikely to be easy or quick! but it’s possible to do with just a day at a time. Start today and good luck!!
Pre-Holiday Pace!
Remember how effective you are each week before going on holiday? You delegate tasks, complete projects, prepare the family, the suitcases, insurance, flights and so on.
You manage to do this with a little less sleep and presumeably a lot more stress. However, you don’t show it.
Try to be that whirlwind for more weeks of the year. Imagine what you could accomplish at that pace!
Purge!!
Time to sit down for 1-2 days and purge all non- essential paperwork, files, magazines, bills, statements, clothes, dishes/cookware, books and nik naks.
It’s amazing how much the average person keeps in drawers, piles, cupboards and filing cabinets.
Take a day or two now and really hammer at it. Take photos of key docs and assign the photo to a folder and/or capture key information in your contacts app or Notes.
Then keep all new potential clutter out of the house. Don’t let it build up. Be merciless.
And get rid of all the part-done projects and going-to-do items. You’re not. You’re not going to do them. It’s just not that important to you, nor is it enjoyable. If it was either of those, you’d have done them already.
Book in a full day or two now. Purge!!!
Be Early.
Practice getting up early and leaving home early so you can also practice arriving early. Get documents sorted early and your taxes. Make your millions early too! That way you should have lots of time to spend it too.
Do First Things First
When you need to finish something, get it done first. Do not delay. Do not do other easier things first. Take a deep breath, open the tougher, longer, most important item and get that done. You’ll feel better after (maybe not initially) and you can then speed through the other items.
