Everyone could use a lazy day once in a while. The day could be to stay in your pajama’s, or read books, watch sports on TV, etc
This is not every Saturday, but 1-3 times per year. Throwing a whole day can be very regenerative.

Resilience is a critical attribute or skill to have. Being able to survive and thrive, despite challenges and difficult times, is such an important mindset to develop to a high degree.
Life isn’t always fair and neither does it go to plan every day. Sometimes you struggle for days, weeks or months on end. You need to be able to navigate the ups and downs of life without losing overall enthusiasm and discipline to carry on without missing a beat.
Learn how to bounce back, keep going, build a vision, and not let things hold you down and trap you there for weeks, months or years.
Life’s short. You’ll get through anything you train your brain to get through, persevere and move forward stridently.
The sooner you can learn to bounce back quickly, the more incredible your life will be.
No matter what you do, you should have a plan. A written plan is even better. It’s great to have thought things through a little and have written down those key points or elements.
This is great visualisation process and prepares you for speed bumps and other challenges you might encounter.
See the vision. Adjust as necessary.
It will all end one day, so be sure to set aside some time each day to enjoy! Don’t put it off.
Remember this always. Pain is temporary. History is forever. DNA is forever. Life is going to have its ups and downs. Don’t get locked in on the downs. These too shall pass.
Hold on to great memories. Let painful ones go. You don’t need to drag those around with you. They will weigh you down and you will be less light, attractive and free.
Focus on great memories. You’ll smile more.
Let the pain drift away. You do not need to cherish it and bathe in it like a masochist. Set your soul free.
It’s your choice. Be distracted and your dreams drift further away. Or stay focused and have a better chance at a better life: the life you say you want.
Set your phone alarm for 7 minutes and press repeat each time it goes off. Then if you’re distracted it reminds you to stay focused. You can even put ‘STAY FOCUSED’ as the alarm name!
Rarely would this happen.
If you want to be great at a sport, you will need to sacrifice dating time, drinking time, drifting time and put a lot of training in. Same with education, work, relationships, etc.
You’ll need to sacrifice time, comfort and ease for involvement, hard days and tough work.
It will be worth it in the end. But you have to believe it and live it now.
Most things in life are simple.
Stop complicating it.
Make the sacrifices your goal requires and stop dragging it out.
Learn from the past but don’t focus on it. Focus on the future and take action today toward the outcome you crave.
Do not spend time, your life, on meh things. Go after your heart’s desire, your mind’s most exciting adventures and your soul’s true love.
Time is fleeting so only focus on the outcome you crave.
If you know where things are, you’ll find them quicker. When your files are in order, you can capitalise on opportunities more quickly and more often.
People think it takes too much time to get organised and stay tidy. Yes, it takes a bit more time but you save on all the faffing about when you can’t find things.
Make tidying things away properly part of completing the task. You’re not done when you throw it on the desk. You’re done when it’s been filed correctly and the next steps and meetings and invoicing are all in your calendar for follow up.
