When the sh*t is about to hit the fan, and preferably well before, get some help. Help will come in a myriad of ways, when you start seeking it. Seek and you shall find.
Even if you’re uncomfortable, go find it. You will then shift from Uncomfortable to Unstoppable.
If you want to achieve more, have a written plan. A plan of activities for each day at set times and a plan for each day of the week.
Review this plan every hour and every day to make sure you are sticking to it. Get a few things off your list every day. Build momentum.
It’s truly incredible. How you would have had to be treated in the best hospitals in the world just 100 years ago is vastly different from today.
There are so many things you would simply have died of back then, which are survive and thrive able today.
Thank your lucky stars that you live in this world today. There’s never been a better time to be alive.

Yet, how brilliant is it that somebody figured out how to fix internal organs and other bits. So now rather than live with a life altering condition, you can be all sorted in a few hours as a day case.
We live incredible times.
Step up and say hello. Shake hands, make eye contact, remember names and smile. It’s all rather simple. This is an open door to your future.
It costs nothing to say hello, be pleasant and be curious about someone’s life. Listen, learn and maybe make a new friend. Or simply enjoy that moment together.
Get into your groove early in the day. Get ahead of the game. You also will have more day hours to get things done while others are awake and available and when offices are open.
It’s great to see how far things have evolved – both people and tech. The norms of old have evolved too. Quite a few things were way more fun then. Certainly more relaxed in many cases.
Go back and watch the basic stories and see how simple they were. It was a lovely era of beginning.
Sometimes you need to go very fast or stay extra late. It might be to get work done before a holiday, or finish your project or university application. Regardless of what it is for, occasionally you need to go all out and blast through things with crazy intent.
You can always catch up on sleep once the storm has passed.
Chat more with friends and families. You will learn a lot and everyone should get closer. Take the time to make these conversations happen. You’ll be glad you did as the relationships grow.
