You need stamina to push through difficult times. Whether you are running, working late or pushing through jet lag, having good stamina helps.
Build your stamina with trials and challenges and then put it to the test occasionally.
You wake up – smile! You’re driving a car – smile. Find a pop in the fridge – smile.
There are a million and one reasons to smile in life. You just need to recognise them and smile.

We hit exasperation and say that’s it. We can only hold on to old thoughts for so long. With new evidence, the truth or a slight opening of our mind, we can see the world in a different way and want that better reality.
