Get away from city lights. Go out in the bush. Look up at the night sky and see thousands of stars in the sky. It’s incredible. It’s immense.
Wonder in amazement at how it all got here, fits together and works. Wow.

Get away from the grime and pollution of larger cities. Get out into the countryside, hours from a major town. Smell the air, see the stars, taste the water.
Get amongst the trees and breathe in the fresh air, especially if out for a walk or swim.
You’ll love it. A few days and you’ll be fully refreshed. A week and you will be renewed.
Use your imagination. Refine your thoughts. Be sensible, stay in budget but build a better life in your mind. See it clearly. Add in all of the detail.
Now, give yourself 10 years to get there.
Then decide you’re going to start today, do something everyday and reach your goals in 9 or 10 years. July 29 2032 will be the day you celebrate hard from achieving your dreams. Congratulations. You made it!

If working, work. If playing, play. When listening in a conversation, be there and really listen. Hear what they are saying or trying to convey. It’s important.
Get out on a raft, boat, yacht, SUP, kayak, canoe, pedalo, or pink flamingo. But get out there and mess around for some fun. Jump in the water for added cool.
It’s great exercise, fun and cooling on these warm summer days.
It can be a lot of fun. Try it!!
They are great to regulate time on planet Earth. But when you cross a few of them all at once, it can be hard on your system.
Some people find it easier going East, but most seem to find it easier going West.
Sometimes it’s just the circumstances you find yourself in. Work, packing, playing can all add to the challenges.
I’m feeling it at the moment. The gravitational pull of my bed is strong. Yet morning comes very early.
How do you deal with it?
Enjoy that you are alive to do this. Sometimes things are good and sometimes they are bad. But you are fortunate to be alive and doing any of it.
Others have died or were never born and can’t even have your bad times. Find something positive in what is happening now for you. Then smile for that element. At least you’ll get through things with a story from it. And it could possibly lead to something much better.
Enjoy right now. It’s all you have.
Well at least we got here. Nine hours late and not quite to the finish line yet but hopefully we’ll be at our destination with no additional challenges or delays.
Everyone has kept their cool pretty well, and sense of humour, which has been great. And apart from a very hairy landing in 60km/h winds, it’s been rather uneventful.
Take it as it comes if that is all you can do. You’ll get there.
Things get missed, mistakes are made, time runs out. The picture isn’t always taken.
Sometimes we miss the moment. Although this can be quite upsetting, given the context, we must carry on. Time waits for no one. Get in front of the very next moment and capture the full essence of it.
