On your own, with your spouse, with friends or with kids, get out there and enjoy a night out.
Hit Your Stride
Get into your grove. Flow state. When you hit your stride, so much can happen. Stay focused and you will make huge gains and lots of progress.
Like any skill, you need to develop it through intentional practice and effort. It won’t be easy but it will be worth it in the end.
Pay Attention
Pay attention or pay the price. If you’re not tracking the key things in your life, they can easily, and quickly, go off track.
If you’re not paying attention to your fitness, you’ll spend more money on a new wardrobe, PT’s and diet/fitness books than you would have on a gym membership.
Keep your relationship in focus or the cost of divorce will be far more than a few date nights and a weekend escape or two.
Pay attention to your finances too. Make sure your income is correct and your outgoings too. A slip or two in a month could spell disaster in a few years or a fabulous retirement if caught early.
It pays to pay attention.
Patience
Time heals wounds but you have to be patient. People need time to process information so you need to have patience.
You can attract things into your life but you need to act now and yet still be patient.
It’s a great skill to master. Practice it every day.
Lift People With Hope
A few well chosen words at the right moment can inspire, or give hope to, those who have only hope left in their life.
The Kindness Of Strangers
Isn’t it incredible that someone you’ve never met can be unbelievably kind with no benefit to themselves. Perhaps the benefit they receive is knowing they are a good person and live the values that are important to them.
These kind interactions happen billions of times each day, from opening doors and letting others go first, to helping people who have lost a child, their keys or their balance.
Cherish these moments. It’s what helps to bind people together in society.
Love
Love what you do. Love the important people in your life. Make a point of making them feel like an important part of your life. Say good morning. Say goodnight upon retiring. Place your hand on their shoulder. Hug them.
Leave them notes. Praise them. Lavish compliments on them. Laugh with them. Enjoy your time together.
Enthusiasm!!!
Be the most positive and enthusiastic person you know. Find the silver lining. Cheer people on. Exude high energy and have fun while doing it.
Remain In The Zone
Stay in the flow. Don’t get sidetracked. Remain obsessed on the one super goal. Work until exhausted or completed. Start immediately after any rest and repeat until completed.
Level Up
If things aren’t quite how you want them, it may be you that needs to level up.
You just need to learn to play at this new level.
Personal growth is often painful but ultimately worth it.
