When a problem starts to blossom, nip it in the bud. Try not to let things grow or get out of control.
Like a gardener, tend to the garden. Pull the weeds. Water the plants. Do this all early, before the weeds choke off the good things.

Who and what needs to get off your list?
It can be a person or an item, but there are people and things on your list that have no business being there anymore.
Have a quick think about it and then start removing them to free up space for the delights of your life.
Don’t just read about it in a book, watch on tv or scroll Instagram. Make a plan to save the money and visit one or two exciting things.
For some the hurdle will be time. For others it will be money or fitness/health.
But if you can get past these hurdles, you’ll create everlasting memories.
And marvel at the moon.
Get a sunrise in this month too.
Incredible natural phenomenon that are free to watch.
Get out there and live the experience!
Why wait? It can be simple like a different flavour of gum. Or it could be flying to a foreign country without your wallet. It’s definitely going to be interesting.
Get creative. Spend a few dollars. Go somewhere. Buy something different. Give to charity rather than buy a magazine.
Get out there. Go do it!
That’s life. It is crazy how fast it goes. You don’t notice it when you’re younger. Summer can go on forever.
You don’t really think of being 40 or 50. It’s so far away when you’re 20 or even 30. Then you start into those decades and pop out before you know it.
If you’re lucky, and take care of yourself, you’ll get through 60, 70 and 80, maybe even 90.
It is so wonderful to see the world and all its interesting changes and developments. Hopefully you’ll have family and friends to grow older with too.
We’re so lucky to have had this chance at life. Savour every day. Each one is precious.
Figure out what you’re for and what boundaries are immovable. Be clear what you will and won’t tolerate.
Then it’s done.
Thousands of thoughts, lists of things to do, fun things you want to do, all occupy and tire out our mind and brain.
Take some time to do nothing.
Let your brain rest and relax.
Let your mind rest too.
You’ll be glad you did.
When you know you’ve worked hard all day and you’ve done all that day that you could do, sleep well. Enjoy your sleep as it is well deserved.
