Try new things if only once a week or once per month. Maybe you could work up to new things daily after awhile.
New things can be good for the mind and soul.

Winning is great but sometimes the challenge itself is the real reward.
Have a great time. Enjoy! Park, dance, sing, play and entertain yourself. Just do it sensibly. No doctors or police. And try to make it something you could happily tell your grandmother and your own 10 year old children.
Keep accelerating as your holidays wind down. Build momentum in the off season so you can dazzle in the pre season and around in the season itself.
Time to rev things up!!
Think of the next 12 months ahead. How closely will it resemble the last 12 months? Will you eat similar foods, sleep at similar times, work about the same hours on very similar type things? I will guess that you’ll also celebrate the same birthdays, holidays and special moments.
If everything you do is the same, how can you expect life to be or feel differently? You really need to make some small changes or shifts in what you do. Then increase the frequency and/or intensity of these changes so you begin to get demonstrably different results.
If you say you’ll do something, follow through and do it. Do it on the day you said you would do it.
First, ensure you have several options to consider. Then consider the pros and cons of each. You can then go on to compare each against the other. Finally you will weigh up your options and make a decision. Then implement the decision you made.
Enjoy!!!
How nice it might be if everyone had to say this before they spoke. Or we could use technology to have a sign flash above people’s heads as they spoke.
It’s almost funny how often some people confuse their opinion with fact. Or they think saying ‘my truth’ is very different from saying ‘my opinion’.
If you start your sentence with, ‘The fact of the matter is’, or something similar, it doesn’t make it a fact if it is your opinion.
And please don’t get me started on mis-information and other nonsense words or phrases. If you think someone got some information wrong, say so. But unless you back it up with the correct information, and that 90% of the planet would agree is a fact (not just your tribe or 52% of people), then it is just your opinion.
