If you use words to fight daily battles or demonstrate your worth (lawyers, professors, journalists, etc), you may sometimes, but not always, be over confident in your ability to solve problems and find sustainable solutions.
Because you can battle and defend your position, or even change your opinion and take the opposite stance, by using words, you may not realise real things can’t so easily be fixed.
You want to engage with people, or hire or elect people, that have a practical streak and aren’t just theoretical focused.
