A great British saying. If we can remember this at times of challenge, we will win the day.

Keep At It!
Finish the task at hand. You might miss your train home or your favourite tv show but stick with the task until it’s complete. Or you may never finish it. The Law of Diminishing Intent might grab hold of you and bury your dreams and disciplined ways.
Keep Going!
There is no finish line.
Keep Your Word
It’s an important thing to do. Keep your word to others and to yourself. If others won’t believe what you say, it can be hard on your brand and your income. If you don’t believe what you say, it undermines your confidence and ability to achieve anything.
Keep Your Mind Active
If you have to ask why, it’s already too late.
Keep Trying
Sometimes you need quite a few lessons before you learn. Keep trying.
Keep Your Cool
Angry outbursts are rarely a good look. Especially on adults. Get some help from books, videos or therapists. You can improve if you give it some effort. It will be worth it.
Keep Things Calm
Be careful how you speak and what you say. When you get a bit excited, anxious or passionate, it’s easier to say things that alienate others, even while you might be trying to get them on your side.
Stay away from name calling and moral superiority. Stick to the facts and know they may interpret the same facts differently. Be kind. Understand your intent.
It’s too easy to lose family, friends, partners and others by chastising them or saying things that aren’t very kind, just because they have a different view of things.
Otherwise you become part of the problem, not the solution.
Keep things calm.
Keep Trying
You don’t know how much effort is required. What effort will break your opponent? Act with persistence. Keep trying.
Listen
Listen without thinking with your lens or bias switched on. Listen to the words selected and the order they are used. Try to really understand their intent, not your programming. It is quite difficult so you will likely need quite a bit of practice. So get on that. Practice listening.
