Some things are no longer worth keeping. They have had their time, been a prized possession or they may even have been considered priceless.
For whatever reason, these previously cherished items have lost their lustre. It is time to move on.
So toss these items in the bin or recycle them. Give them to charity or a great second home. But once they no longer give or bring you joy, it’s time to say goodbye.

Focus on the future and your ideal life. Map out what your world would look like in your happiest moments. Then build the environment and habits to make that ideal life become reality.
Let the past fade. Except for awesome, wonderful memories and the education and experience you’ve gained.
Do not harbour resentment, it is a self inflicted poison.
Focus on the great future and all the positive vibes.
Be open and honest and let people know what you would like. That saves them from trying to guess. The more specific you can be, the more likely someone will know whether they can help or not. And even if they say they can’t help you, that is still a win. At least you know they are off your list for this. That way you can focus on the other people who may be able to help you.
