When you say you will do something, do it!
Even if you don’t feel like doing it later, tough! You said it, now go do it!
This could be getting up earlier, going for a walk or to the gym, writing out your goals, calling a client, filling in the forms, paying the bills on time, etc.
Stop saying things you have no intention of doing or won’t put the effort in that is required.
Only say what you will actually commit to doing.
Then watch your life change over the coming months.
