I can sometimes just keep going. There is always just one more thing to do. However, there comes a time you need to say enough is enough and go to sleep.

Sleep Or Achieve?
As always, it depends. What are the details?
Sleep is great if you’ve just achieved something worthwhile to you. Though, so is celebrating! (Step 7 in my book) ✅
Less Sleep
There are moments in life where you’ll lose sleep. This can include studying for exams, preparing a big case, seeing a magical skyline with stars and being in Seattle.
Regardless, sometimes you have to push through. Do it! It’s worth it.
Sleep Is Super!
Remember to prioritise it.
Sandman Beckons
When your mind and body say it’s time to sleep, don’t fight it. Either power nap or get to bed.
8 Hours Sleep
Aim for this for maximum health over the long run. So many benefits come from this.
Sleep On Planes
Great place to get a little shut eye. Use it to your advantage whenever you can. The plane is not a cinema, restaurant or gaming den so ignore those distractions. Get some sleep. Thank me later.
Sleep Is Good
Sometimes we don’t realise how much we could use an extra 3, 6 or 10 hours sleep. We stay on the treadmill of doing more even if some, or many, of those things are unimportant.
If you cut your sleep short most days, by going to bed late or getting up early, or both, then once in a while have a duvet day. You might just be surprised at how refreshed you feel.
Get Good Sleep
Take an evening and go to bed by 9pm. Stop getting more things done. Turn off the entertainment (tv, phone, etc). Just go get yourself to bed and have a great nights sleep. You’ll feel great in the morning: Refreshed and pleased with your self discipline.
The Art Of Sleeping Anywhere
Sometimes you just need rest. You need to reenergise. But you don’t always have a nice, comfy bed to sleep in. Can you sleep anywhere or only in a bed?
Over the years I’ve slept in some unusual places. And I have known people to be able to sleep wherever is necessary. Some people can fall asleep in the chair across from you, when the feeling hits.
Develop the art of sleeping anywhere. It’s a good skill to have. Whether it’s on a chair, on the floor, in a hammock, on milk crates, standing up, at a desk, etc., learn to do it where you can. When the moment comes that your brain or body needs rest, be practical with your surroundings.
