That’s all you’ve got to do.
All day. Every day.
The fact you’re alive is such an incredible thing. Why wouldn’t you simply smile and enjoy?

Smiles are contagious. They are low pressure fun. They can be friendly without being sexual.
Smiles cheer people up and can lift a persons mood.
Smiles also feel great on our own face. Practice smiling more. Use those facial muscles. Build their muscle memory. Be grateful and smile.
Even if your whole world is falling apart, keep smiling. You’ll feel better.
Wake up and just smile.
Think of a great photo of, or moment with, your Mom. Think and smile. Or maybe it is regarding your Dad. It could be with other family members or friends or an event you attended.
Regardless of what it is, find some happy memories and make your mouth, eyes and face smile with the memory. I’m not sure people do this enough. It’s so simple and easy and feels good too. Do it daily. Do it twice a day even.
This is also a great way to get fantastic photos of you. If there is a camera in your midst and someone wants your photo, look straight at it, think of that happy moment and smile. You’ll never have a bad picture of you again.
What thought always brings a smile to your face? Is it a future dream, a childhood moment, a time of pride from sports, school or family or simply a fond memory of watching clouds float by?
Whatever it is, be sure to overuse it. Think of it often and enjoy the smile. Like kindling for a fire it can enable a warm and enjoyable environment.
You know that moment you’re sitting there and nothing is really happening? That’s the moment. Just smile and enjoy that moment.
You’re alive. That’s what it’s all about.
You might not realise how amazing that moment is, but let me tell you. You were born. That stat in itself is amazing. You haven’t died yet. That is quite impressive! (More impressive if you have and you were still able to read that line).
You’re not at war or being gunned down. Your home is not up in flames. I could list all the things not happening in your moment. But the point is, smile at how ridiculously fortunate you are at this moment. Unbelievable.
Think about all that you could smile about. Put some effort in. Perhaps you have decent health without much effort. Maybe you have good relationships. It might even be that you have more money at the end of the month than expenses.
These are all great reasons to smile. Start smiling as you wake up and as you go through the day. Train the smile muscles, both in your mind and on your face. Your life will improve in line with your efforts in this area.
This one thing will win you more friends, interviews, promotions, sales and romantic relationships than just about anything else you could think of.
Smiling is fun, contagious, exciting, uplifting and joyful. Is hard not to smile if someone smiles at you. So if you train yourself to be the first to smile, you’ll get people smiling back.
Since our body state helps inform our mental state, if your body is holding a smile, you are more likely to be happy inside too.
So remember to smile, all the time, every day. Not just in photos.
What would make me smile? Really think about that for 20 seconds and the various things that come up. Enjoy!!
