There are lots of people to be these days and the best one is to be yourself.

Challenge Yourself
Can you be disciplined? Of course you can be. You simply need to make the focused effort to do it.
It’s easy to say you can’t. It’s hard to say you will; and keep your promise. But it can and should be done. You’ll feel much better for pushing through a tough day, long hours, late nights and many rather tough challenges.
Build a better you. Do it today.
Push Yourself
When you exercise, push yourself. Go at it harder than you want to. Go to the edge of pain. Get out of your comfort zone. Sweat.
Same with work and studying. Also with admin and in business. Push yourself harder than you currently do. You can do more. You’re just being a little reticent, reserved or lazy.
Let’s go!
Introduce Yourself
Step up and say hello. Shake hands, make eye contact, remember names and smile. It’s all rather simple. This is an open door to your future.
It costs nothing to say hello, be pleasant and be curious about someone’s life. Listen, learn and maybe make a new friend. Or simply enjoy that moment together.
Push Yourself
Push your limits. Stay up late. Have the strength you need. Decide you can go the distance.
Know Your Issues
We all have issues. Get to know yours. Take the time and be patient. Learn about yourself. It might be quite uncomfortable and you may not like what you learn. But you will be a better person for it.
Help Yourself
Life has a lot to offer. But it’s mostly self serve. If you don’t see what you would like, simply ask. They may keep some items in the back for the special people who ask.
Push Yourself Harder
You know when you’re coasting, drifting, or giving it your all. And unless you’re very disciplined, you probably only give 40% each day. It might be more if you have a coach and are serious about success. That might get you to 80%-90%.
You have to want that last 10%. You have to push yourself beyond your own limiting beliefs. You can do it. But will you?
Challenge Yourself
Every day should have one element of challenging yourself. Try making something new to eat or saying hello to someone.
The boys and I swam across the bay on this lake and swam back. Great challenge. Great achievement. Pick something every day that is outside your comfort zone and give it a go.
Change Yourself First
Then you can change the world. If we all tried to be better people individually, we would be better as a group through natural consequence.
If you’re trying to change someone, you’re unlikely to do it. Only the subject person will make the change happen. Berating someone or belittling them won’t do it. It often has the opposite effect. You can lead a horse to water…. Even make it look nice and dress it up. But you can’t force someone, or a horse, to take a sip.
Change yourself first. And if you have time left on the clock, then help others. Rather than force them.
