Make a plan for every day. Book specific hours and minutes for specific things. Don’t miss a day. You don’t miss a day breathing, do you? Well if it’s that important, then don’t miss a day. Ever.

Freedom Of Choice
We choose to do what makes us feel best. Sometimes we can go into self destruction mode because it makes us feel better. We decided we don’t deserve the great life we have so we try to ruin it. Strange. But true.
The thing is, we can change it all up in a minute. We could do great things each day. But then we can’t wallow in self pity.
Choose to do good things each day. Take care of yourself. Take care of your family and friends. Spend quality time with them rather then just throwing money at them.
Do some hard work on yourself and to help those around you. Stop pushing people away so you can say noone cares. Don’t be a black hole absorbing everyone’s energy. Radiate like the sun, and let your warm love envelope them and fill them with life energy.
Say No To Stay Sane
You want to help everyone but you won’t have enough time. Learn to say no so you can say yes to your own wishes and calm mental health.
Saying no is ok. It is fine. People will find another way.
Want Success More Than Comfort
It’s easy to be comfortable. You can quickly get stuck in a rut and every day loops by with no progress or specific joy.
But things can be different. If you really want to succeed at something, you can do it. You can shift from that spot of being comfortable, get a little uncomfortable, and continue through to success.
It’s hard at first but you will build momentum and eventually, in 3, 6 or 12 months, after consistent daily discipline and effort, you’ll become unstoppable. You will not recognise the old you.
It’s a very exciting transformation. Do it.
Discipline Determines
Your discipline will determine what level of success you are going to have.
If you don’t discipline your mind and body, to develop great habits, that you consistently do, every day, then you will have exactly what you have now, but you’ll be a year older.
Ignore it for a year or two or ten. Nobody will take any notice. You’ll be the same. And it’s only you to blame.
Instead, get determined. Stop talking. Start doing. Get results. Feel good. Your discipline will determine the outcome you’re going to have.
Your results tell us everything we need to know.
Do The Basics Well
Before you get too fancy, just grind out the basics well.
Get up the same time everyday, even if you’ve had a late night.
Get to bed by 9pm. Rarely anything useful happens after that hour. Fun, yes. Distracting, yes. But not useful.
Eat well. Drink water. Exercise daily. Have a purpose.
Life is better when you grind out the basics.
Really Look After Your Health
Both mental and physical health require some commitment, discipline and effort every day.
Ignore or avoid this at your peril.
Reevaluate
After a big life event and after 12 months, reevaluate everything. Make sure your goals Are up to date and that you are on track. Be clear you want to still go in this direction.
Refresh
Get away. Detox from data and technology. Touch some grass. Shut yourself away from the world for 24 hours. Feel what it’s like to appreciate life’s simplicity again.
Start Like You Mean It
Say you just got a new job. Toil immediately on how you’ll make this new role an absolute, unmitigated success. Prepare today like you’re starting tomorrow, even if you’re not officially starting for another 73 days.
Even better, begin your transition prep while you’re still interviewing. There’s nothing like preparing when you already feel you’ve got the job.
Success meets the well prepared mind.
