Setbacks are a part of life. Don’t let them rule your life though. Find ways to still work toward your written goals.
It may be more effort, but don’t let it be your excuse. Don’t fail because life got a little tougher. Rise up and show the world your desire and capacity to win without excuses.
Get up. Go win. Make yourself proud.
Review where you are and how you may have gotten there. Assess your relationships and finances, health and mindset.
Think of where you want to be and make a weekly plan to get there. Review your progress and position each week.
Review and adjust frequently. It will change your life.
Set out to do an amazing job. Leapfrog over what has come before. Work at it everyday.
If we’ve been to the moon, make a plan for Mars. If you can build a company worth a million, aim for 100 million.
Don’t provide great customer service if you can provide exceptional customer service.
Be jolly. It’s kind of fun. And it makes people cheery. Which is lovely.
Let it start with you. Make the effort. Be first.
It’s worth it.
Find out what you don’t know. There are trillions of pieces of information out there and it’s unlikely you know all of them. So have an open mind, be curious and ask simple questions. Then listen carefully to the answers.
Set a timer. Stop scrolling when it goes off. Get back to what you were supposed to be doing.
Good sleep is fine. But GREAT sleep is what you want to aim for. Get to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning.
10pm to 6am gets you 8 hours. That’s excellent!
Your life will dramatically improve after a month of keeping a great schedule like that.

For some people it’s quietly, alone in their sleep. For other people it may be more sudden, severe or unexpected.
However it happens, and whenever the buzzer goes, it is usually preceded by a fight for survival. We have an inborn desire to survive. And yes, we will automatically go into fight, flight or freeze mode, but if there is time, many of us will choose fight in order to survive.
While fighting will be in our own way, we will fight for time with our loved ones and to see another day.

A sneaky smile, an amusing word, a laugh or some kind of physical interjection can bring a bit of levity and fun to almost any situation.
