Working hard, with purpose, feels great. Every day.
Even if you’re putting in 10, 14 or 16 hour days for many days in a row, you will appreciate the feeling.

(And I feel fine).
Thank you R.E.M.
I always liked the song title even though I didn’t really understand the point of the lyrics.
I guess it’s all about resilience in the face of seemingly catastrophic circumstances. Chin up confidence and a readiness to take on the world might be all you have to your name. But then, it’s all you really need.
Flashy is fine occasionally, but you are better off being conservative in most aspects of life.
Enjoy it.
This is an important life hack. Being fit as a child helps you to be able to participate in more things. It is also good for self-esteem.
Later in life, staying fit is helpful in reducing stress and finding and keeping a love interest.
In the greying years, staying fit helps to keep you healthier and remain a lower fall risk for longer. Strength training is a key element in this too.
While some may find this a controversial post, if it is read objectively, it is hard to argue the points.
Food is a fuel, not entertainment. Use the best fuel you can by eating natural foods. Anything processed is obviously not natural.
Walk a fair bit. It’s a nice thing to do. Fresh air, movement, and sunshine are fabulous for your health and staying trim.
Develop good habits now. If you do, you’ll find staying fit quite easy over time.
First of all, protect them physically. For example, use protective eyewear and ear defenders more often than you may think you need to.
Secondly, protect them from visual and audio that does not bring you joy, isn’t positive and doesn’t improve your life. Many people try to influence you with pictures, videos and podcasts or broadcasts and you must be mindful that you are not being brought on a suspicious journey.
Find praise and appreciation. Look for positive and respectful conversations. Seek future oriented and helpful people.
Have a really detailed look around your bedroom. Is every single thing in that room how you want it? Clothes, pictures, dressers, wardrobe, laundry basket, bedside table and even the drawers that are in it. Does this all bring you ultimate joy?
If not, start moving a few things today. Then move a few more things tomorrow. Keep doing that everyday until the set up is how you love it. And make sure that it is also conducive to great sleep.
Then do the same thing with your bathroom, kitchen, living room, front room, dining room, etc. spend 5-15 minutes per day making everything how you want it.
Then your life will be forever changed!
This is your opportunity to shine! Use all your energy to win and move ahead with your big goals.
Follow your plan. Make the calls. Follow up. Measure your progress.
You’re on this spinning rock for a short time. Get out there and make YOUR dreams come true.
Every day is exciting! You’re alive!
Move fast and make the most of it.
