You choose daily. Both require belief in something you can’t see.
Which will you choose? Why do you choose the one you do?

How much suffering are you willing to tolerate? You have the power to change your thoughts and your actions. Why don’t people do more of that to improve their life?
Rather than make general statements, they could break down the problem into discrete ideas or steps. Then they could find the solution to each step and implement a practical solution.
Hoping for divine intervention could mean a long wait. Grab a pen and start journaling your thoughts. Answer the question “why?”, 200 times.
Listen to your gut instincts. They have probably been right more often than you’ve noticed.
Research and science are great if you’re unsure, want greater confidence or the options are close. Otherwise, save your time and go with your gut.

It’s not heroic to stay up late, push through the night, and go without sleep. Occasionally, it needs to be done to meet a clear objective in a given timeline. But it should be the rare exception, not the rule.
With good planning and a clear and consistent sleep routine, 95% of your days should involve a good nights sleep.
If you do get caught in a difficult situation with a very long night, rest when you can. Take a 20 minute Power Nap. Catch 40 winks. Nod off for a minute.

Inner strength and physical strength can both be augmented via mental strength. Build your mental strength to improve the others. Build your resilience and recharge process.
Sometimes a very deep breath, straightening your back, lifting your chin and feeling determined are enough to make an incredible and immediate shift in your mindset and perceived ability to succeed despite the challenges ahead.
Everyone could use a lazy day once in a while. The day could be to stay in your pajama’s, or read books, watch sports on TV, etc
This is not every Saturday, but 1-3 times per year. Throwing a whole day can be very regenerative.
Remember to refuel or you’ll run out of gas.
Your car, and you as well.
Big picture and generalisations have their purpose and place. However, you need to focus on the nitty gritty, nuts and bolts and detailed bits in order to finish a job well.
Make a list of all the steps you can possibly think of to finish a project from this point. Then crack on and get these steps completed.
