Decide on the change you are willing to make in your life and stick to it.
It really is that simple.
Everything else is an excuse.
Be strong.

In all things, find the positive. The silver lining is there, you just need to look a little more. See things differently than you want to see them. Assess them with possibility.
Get a list of them and start watching one per week. Don’t watch drivel. Watch classics and very highly reviewed and rated ones. Life’s too short for drivel.
Either on your own or with someone. Get outdoors and walk for your daily activity. Go for 1-2 hours. Think new thoughts, consider different ideas, think opposite perspectives and just be fine doing this.
The fresh air, exercise and movement as well as the time and space to have many thoughts will make you feel quite amazing.
It’s ok to have a complete nothing day. You don’t have to plan for it. You can simply have one. Maybe even two.
I wouldn’t go for three in a row though.
Enjoy.
Keep focused on your short and long term plans. Have a positive picture of your life and of you celebrating your great achievements so you can keep a good mindset, especially when you are going through the mud.
Write out what your life will look like in 12 months and also 5 years. Note down what age you’ll be and what your health and fitness will be, your weight and / or trouser size, your finances (including debt levels and savings and investments), your relationships (partner, kids, parents, friends), where you live and how (lifestyle, spending budget) and finally how you’ll spend your waking hours.
Write it down on paper so you get a great picture of what life will be like so you can work towards living that great life!
Whether you’re going on a trip or getting together your thoughts on retirement in 30 years, plan well ahead.
It’s a good idea to think things through, write things down, organise a plan and then take action.
if you plan well ahead, you are more likely to achieve the goals and dreams that you have noted down.
Learn to take responsibility for your thoughts, actions and mistakes, your team, your family and your life in general.
Be the person that says I did it despite the issue. Or say I tried. Just don’t say they stopped you or blame others.
How we hold to our beliefs is fascinating. We hold on and hold on until finally something happens. Something changes our mind. We may see something different, maybe from a different angle, perspective or setting and boom, we decide enough is enough.
We hit exasperation and say that’s it. We can only hold on to old thoughts for so long. With new evidence, the truth or a slight opening of our mind, we can see the world in a different way and want that better reality.
Find what makes you tick and go all in. Get up early, wake in the night, stay up 3 days in a row and think about it relentlessly.
Build something exciting. Enjoy the ride.
