If you want a better world, a better society or a better community, you need to be kind, decent and compassionate.
This is something you can do, regardless of what others do. Be the better person. Be the bigger person. Go first. Do this even if others make you want to show up differently.
Don’t give in. Stay strong. Take the high road.
An amazing thing happens every night. Your brain is cleared, your body rested and you get to begin again on making your life an incredible story.
Yesterday’s challenges are bygones. You start afresh. Let go of the past and launch strongly into the day.
Every day you can begin again. Whether you are further ahead or further behind, you have the choice to begin again.

If you aim to push yourself to new limits everyday, you will continue to evolve and improve. That is really all that anyone could ask for.
Don’t give up or make assumptions. Sometimes we need to simply try again. And again.
If you apply for a job and don’t hear back, follow up! Be proactive and call them. Better yet, call them right after the application and make sure they received it, and if they have any immediate questions.
People are busy and have distractions. You need to cut through that. Get on their agenda. Keep pressing forward. Eventually you will win. ????

When you go through hard times, you can become more resilient and eventually the pressure will form you like the elements form a diamond.
Become tough, as in resilient, not just tough like a hardened heart. Keep the magical flow of life flowing.
Once you’ve been through a difficult stretch, there’s no need to repeat it. Neither in a physical sense or in a mental, keep replaying it in your mind, sense.
To carr.y on. Bring your A-game. Build your stamina. You’ll be glad you did!

Some things are no longer worth keeping. They have had their time, been a prized possession or they may even have been considered priceless.
For whatever reason, these previously cherished items have lost their lustre. It is time to move on.
So toss these items in the bin or recycle them. Give them to charity or a great second home. But once they no longer give or bring you joy, it’s time to say goodbye.
