Remember to have a rest day. You need it for your mind, body and soul. Relax. Enjoy. Rejuvenate.

The World Is Shifting
There are big changes happening and also little ones. Open your eyes and see. Left moves right and right moves left. The world will remain in balance as it always does.
Sometimes it’s concerning for one group of people while others seem to excel. Eventually though things shift back the other way.
Occasionally it takes longer for the pendulum to swing back, but it always does.
Don’t try to push things too far one way or the other because you’ll really feel the whiplash SnapBack. There are lots of examples in history and probably plenty you can think of from your own experience too.
Strong Push
Sometimes you need to give a strong push to complete a project, revise for an exam or finish a race or workout.
If it’s not very difficult or draining, both mentally and physically, you might not really understand the word strong.
It could involve two days with no sleep or six days with only 3 hours sleep a night. It will be uncomfortable but it is short term and required to ensure the goal is met in the required time.
Train your brain to push through the pain and challenges and on to the win!!!
Step Outside
Get some fresh air. Go for a walk. Enjoy a little break. You probably deserve a 45 minute break. Go on. Indulge.
Completer Finisher
The completer finisher habit is rare and highly sought after. Lots of people can start things but many of those struggle to complete a task or a project.
Being able to direct things and complete tasks is learnable. Build that mindset.
Enjoy Fun Times
Catch up with friends. Listen to music. Chat. Frolic. Dance. Flirt. Seek adventure. Watch great movies. Dine out. Talk about life and space and hope.
Enjoy it all!
Time Moves Forward
Occasionally time moves too slow or too fast. One thing is for certain though – time moves forward.
You can’t go back and unsay things or undo things. You have to accept and move on. This can be hard or easy, depending on what the situation was.
We can fight time and try to hold it back. Or we can decide not to accept the situation. However, it tends to make life a lot more difficult in those cases.
It would be easier if we didn’t have these emotion things. But we do. So don’t be too hard on yourself. Time also heals all wounds. You might just need more time than you would like it to be.
Remember Dear Friends
People come and go in our lives. They all touch us in subtle ways. They get woven into the fabric of our life and become a part of our story.
Take a moment to remember them now.
Aim For 30 Minutes Early
Don’t just aim to be there on time or a few minutes early. Aim for significant headroom, especially if it’s important to you.
Can You Handle It?!
Some people say that God doesn’t give you anything you can’t handle. It’s a great statement, whether you believe in God or not.
If you live by that idea, you’ll always believe you can handle anything that comes your way. Then, almost always, with a good perspective, that will be true.
It may get mighty uncomfortable at times, and for far longer than you’d like to endure. However, if you know you’ll be able to handle it and the darkness won’t last forever, you’ll know there is light at the end of the tunnel and make it through.
