If you have any goals (and you should have several!), you must remember to review and track your progress against your ambitious timeline.

If you don’t review and track, and keep to a tight and specific timeline, you greatly decrease your chances of success. If you’re honest with yourself, you know this is true.

People won’t review and track because they get lazy, or scared they aren’t making progress, or they think they’re doing great, so why bother.

There steps are a critical element in achieving anything you want in life.

Be curious. Look outside your normal thoughts and peer group. Discover why one person likes fire and another doesn’t. They both can have a very good, sensible reason for their position.

The vast majority of people want the same thing. And mostly for the same reason. Many will even concede they’d be happy with various methods to make the desired outcome.

But then some people get tribal, competitive and socially influenced. Why is that? It’s like a giant magnet. ????

Protect Your Capital

Save, invest and grow your money. You can reinvest the growth part. You can also spend it. But protect your capital as a high priority.

If you lose some or all of your capital, it can be very hard to replace. It takes more time and effort and is not always ideal.

Mourn Your Loss

Whether it is a baseball game, person, an item or time, take the time to mourn your loss properly. There are 5 stages of grief and some extend that to 7.

Look those up and allow yourself to go through them. If you skip steps or the process, it will stay with you and be damaging in other ways.

Losing and loss can be incredibly difficult. It all depends on your attachment to that which was lost and a new vision of life that you can imagine.

Play A Bigger Game

Whatever you are focused on, could you do more? If you aim to but one cashflowing house per year, could you do five or 14? If you want five new customers a month, could you win over 25?

If you’re spending a lot of your time on nonsense or unnecessary admin, review the situation. Delegate more and free up your time to double your business.

Do a one day time audit. Write down what you did every 15 minutes of your day. See what activities you can eliminate, delegate, remove, stop or be more efficient with.

Serve more people, make more money, have more of an impact. It will become fun and lucrative in no time.
